About the Role
As an IT Specialist in Observability, you will work on implementing, optimizing, and further developing our observability platforms. Together with the team, you will take full responsibility for the operation, support, and improvement of our monitoring systems, playing a key role in establishing guidelines and processes for observability in our cloud solutions. You will become an expert and a key person in the organization, spreading knowledge and best practices in the field. You will be part of a specialist team where you’ll have the opportunity to influence our technical direction and work with modern tools and technologies.

You will also work with:

• System monitoring, log management, and performance optimization
• Implementing and optimizing observability solutions
• Incident handling and system problem analysis
• Developing guidelines and processes for observability
• Documenting observability structures and workflows

You will be part of our Observability team, which belongs to our Operations Platforms Area within Tech. Alongside competent and engaged colleagues, you will work to find new and innovative solutions to improve our workflows. You will also collaborate closely with developers, operations technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure robust and effective systems.

We are looking for someone passionate about observability and with a strong interest in technology. To succeed in the role, we expect you to be service-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn a lot. You should also have solid knowledge of system monitoring, log management, and performance optimization.

We would prefer if you have:

• Previous experience working with observability platforms
• Experience working with modern infrastructure, preferably cloud platforms like Google Cloud
• A strong understanding of DevOps environments and CI/CD processes
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

As a person, we believe you are driven to develop and improve, have strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships within the organization. To succeed in this role, you are self-motivated with a strong ability to effectively drive your work forward, while also being a good team player. You are relationship-driven and good at planning and organizing your work. It is an advantage if you have experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, as well as working with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
